Voicemails and texts received during business hours will be thoughtfully returned at the end of the day. Prior to booking, we kindly ask that all required forms are completed and our cancellation policy is reviewed. Established in 2021, Thais Leal Skin Studio is grounded in years of advanced skin therapy experience, with a focus on restoring skin integrity and radiance through a sophisticated fusion of holistic practices with cutting ingredients and technology. Cancellation Policy

To ensure a seamless and fair experience for all guests, TLSS operates on a structured, high-demand schedule. The following policies are in place to respect both our clients’ time and that of our service providers. - Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations or rescheduling requests cannot be made through social media, Instagram, or Facebook messages. To ensure proper communication, please use your confirmation email, or contact the studio directly by phone or text (774) 392-8101. - No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in a 100% charge of the service total. Repeated no-shows will result in permanent discontinuation of client privileges. - Frequent Cancellations: Clients who cancel last minute three or more times within a year may no longer be eligible to book future appointments. Consistency ensures fairness and availability for those on our waitlist. - Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable after the 48-hour -mark. Clients who book in person without submitting a deposit are still responsible for the applicable cancellation fee if the policy window is not met. - Sick Policy: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for illness-related cancellations. Same-day cancellations due to illness remain subject to the full service fee, except in cases of severe or emergency circumstances. - First-Time Courtesy: We understand that life can happen unexpectedly. At our discretion, your first cancellation may be waived under special circumstances. - Professional Standards: Our studio is a space of care, calm, and respect. We prioritize working with clients who value our time, our policies, and the elevated level of service we provide. Any form of disrespectful or aggressive communication may result in the refusal of future appointments. If you do not agree with these terms but have already booked an appointment, please cancel at your earliest convenience.
